I've been waiting since October 22st 2024 for my withdrawal, usually I get it in 7 days, and now it's turning to 10 days shy of a month. They told me it was 7-10 business days to be approved, which it took 12 days to be approved, and I'm still waiting. This is not ok. I'm a consistent depositor, and customer service does nothing to resolve this issue. Supervisor says her supervisor isn't in and just wait longer. Not good business.
