Their verification system keeps rejecting my Arizona valid ID. I have taken pictures of my ID on a dark background, a light background, up close, far away, and nothing works. It gives you the option to text you when it's done and it always texts me that it's done and it just makes me redo again. I contacted support after having a hard time getting a hold of them, who get me an email address to send my documents to and I have heard nothing since. This is the first time I've ever won anything and it would have been nice to cash out.
