The player from Finland had his winnings cancelled after being accused of opening multiple accounts. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I played multiple deposits and finally made winnings so I was able to make a withdrawal of € 500. The withdrawal was only 20 euros and they blamed me for two duplicate accounts.

Why you’ve been offered €20 withdrawal? Was it the amount of your last deposit from which you’ve accumulated your winnings?
