Hello!

Almost 1 month ago, the quickwin casino sent me an e-mail, if i deposit 20 EUR (8000 HUF) or above, i will get 200% bonus! I deposited 50 EUR (20.000 HUF), i got the bonus!

Well, i started to play, I lost my real balance, and then i played with bonus balance (with eligible slots, with eligible bets) while i played (while the wagering) my bonus balance was 170 EUR , and suddenly the bonus balance dissapaerd!

I contacted the casino with chat, and informed they infromed me, this is "administrative decision"! WHILE I PLAYED!

After this, i contacted to the casino via e-mail, they promised me time to time, he will invastigate my issue! I would like to get back the original deposit, or the bonus balance, coz absolutely not correct, they just delete a player bonus whily a player paying and win! But almost 1 month has gone and nothing happened! Anyway i get time to time promo e-mails till nowadays from the casino, i have got some bonuses! It's absolutely not correct either!

Well, i checked my transaction history, and NOTHING there! The casino deleted it! Good trick!

Which bonus was active, while i activated this 200% bonus? I cant activate 2 bonuses one time, your system doesnt let it! I exactly know what im doing, i play in on-line casinos for 20 years!

Anyway I NEVER , i repeat, I have NEVER experinced for 20 years, a player playing, and suddenly the casino delete his full amount! And it was only about 170 eur, but you would do it with 1700 EUR, or with 17.000 EUR!

It's so freak, and incorrect!

And what "another promotion" speak about? Which promotion, or how?

Anyway you send me e-mails, and sms messages till nowadays, i have got "this type bonus, or free bet etc"! Do u think, i will deposit anytime to you after this?

Dear Quickwin casino!

Im sure, i didnt activated any bonus while i played the "plenty of twenty" slot with bonus money!

My balance was this time: 71.725 HUF (what u marked "completed"), when suddenly dissapaerd my whole bonus balance!

As i checked my balance history this time, you can see first the 71.725 HUF dissapaerd, and my balance shows: 0 HUF

Therefore, I see someting 160 HUF (???) bonues there in my balance history, what is that?

Totally unlogical, i delete 71.725 bonus, and i activated 160 HUF new bonus..... IT's not happened sorry... anyway what bonus that?

I checked everything again!

I already have sent to Stefan my balance history!

You marked "completed" 11.01.2025, 19:59 71.725 HUF, and then my whole balance dissapaerd! (Not delete/or cancel bonus from my side, or from your side)

The next sign: 17.01.2025 14:09 0.00 HUF cash !

So please invastigate what happened with my 71.725 HUF? (In my balance history i cant find, i activated any new bonuses)
