I played here based on the casino's reputation and I was not disappointed. Many positive aspects and support tells me there are good things coming. Seems to cater to both low and high rollers so there is no reason not to give it a go.

  • One or two payouts were not immediate but this is understandable as they were for large amounts

I joined Sloterra a while back when it was new on the scene. There were a few teething issues, but these were ironed out quickly thanks to the friendly and responsive customer support team.

There is a decent range of games and I always feel safe that my withdrawals will be processed within a good timeframe.

Definitely worth a look and I will be keen to see how the casino develops over time.

I joined Slotella some months ago and they seemed like a friendly and exciting brand. There were some technical issues (such as sending my withdrawal to another customer by mistake) but these were resolved and I received my payouts.

However, when I won over £10K with them more recently, they requested KYC documents and following these they voided my entire balance. OK fair enough, they do state in their T&C that they cannot service UK customers. However, UK was on the list of selectable countries on sign up.

In view of this, I felt it would be fair that they sent me my £10K and then closed my account, but no they did not do this - they just voided the whole lot.

I have had a withdrawal pending now for over five months. I have sent six separate emails but no reply whatsoever. Live chat are no help - they admit the delay is strange, but they say that all they can do is leave a message with the admin team, and of course, nothing happens. I have over 3000GBP in there. So frustrating and annoying.

I have played at a number of online casinos in my life (and been made VIP at several), but never have I been treated so despicably as with BitFiring.

While wagering a bonus from a $500 deposit, working it up to $7000, they suspended my account without notice. Then they closed my account.

I asked what terms I had violated and here is their response:

"Your account was permanently closed per the administration's decision.

The Company can close the player's account at its sole discretion and is not obliged to provide any reasons whatsoever."

So basically they have confiscated/stolen over $7000 from me without any explanation.
