I have played on Sloterra for a while now I must say I really like the casino, I wasnt sure at first because they only had crypto and game play with crypto, but they are really good on feedback and fixed that pretty fast so now you can deposit with crypto and play with fiat if you wish to.
I have made 2 withdraw and they were both paid within 2 days.
Service have been nice but maybe thats because I have a Vip manager that helps me.

The casino is very dubious for me and I have already had two bad experiences and would not recommend making a deposit here.

1. After depositing €20 and using the 2nd welcome bonus, I canceled the first bonus with a balance of €0.15. After that they deducted €20 from me as real money.

Ok, I thought maybe I didn't read the bonus rules completely.

2. When I made my fourth deposit, I activated the 4th welcome bonus beforehand. Here the support said I deactivated it again, although I only deleted the bonus from the third deposit before the deposit, so that I don't get real money deleted again.

I can only recommend everyone not to deposit money here, since your welcome bonuses are linked and the support does not provide any support and lies to you in order not to make an additional booking.

Players often do this to finish the wager and get their winnings. If you cancel the bonus - a message pops up with information about the amount you will lose by cancelling the bonus.

2) All bonuses from the Welcome Pack are available for one time activation.
As we can see in our system, you activated the bonus on the 4th deposit, then cancelled it and made a deposit 6 minutes after that. Therefore, the bonus was not attached to your deposit and could not be added again.
