No live chat just a bot, the wagering meter was broken and not counting spins, promotion t&c nowhere to be found very amateur site build

Updated . After some testing I found that betsoft slots counts for wagering the problem is that it is not mentioned nowhere in their site. Winnings from other slots like netent or pragmatic go to the bonus balance . I find this cheating and I discourage anyone from giving money to this unreliable casino

Nice interface, almost all the providers , good communication, quick kyc but all withdrawals options for visa/mastercard were rejected
  • i wasn't able to withdraw with any of their visa/mastercard options so i wasted 100 euros
  • a lot of banned games for wagering its just a waste of money to chase it

Never had a problem with them, i was surprised with the bad reviews. the kyc was fast and the withdrawal also ,even though the amount was pretty low (150 euros)

Many providers, the kyc was fast, their promotions are nice and i had good winnings and wagered easily. Unfortunately its now banned in my country but they sent me my balance quickly and their responce was professional
