Everything is great until the moment of making a withdrawal for more than $500.00. If it takes more than 5 days, they tell you that they have already processed it, that the issue is an external payment agent, not the channel you chose to make the withdrawal, it's not them, it's an intermediate channel, and since "it's not them" They don't know how long it might take. They literally propose disassociating themselves from responsibility. It is a disaster. I do not recommend it at all.
