I wouldn't recommend this site. Support IS horrible. If you have any issues, support just copypastes The same answers everytime. You need to wait a lot to get your issues resolved. I Lost 5000 e within a Day and i didn't get any reasonable bonus etc. for it. There is multiple sites that actually wants to keep their customers by offering many good bonuses with good terms. This site isnt that. I would recommend to everyone a site that offers no wager prizes for your money, such as a cashback, cash or spins. This site is not the one. Horrible experience. The site has had MULTIPLE errors, and what do you think do they compensate that? No they dont. If you go to support Ask what is going on, they just say that unfortunately i dont have Access to that info. They dont Even Ask IT from another department, like they do on other sites If they dont know The answers. Zero respect towards customers here honestly. AVOID this site and every other site with same management. Most arrogant management/support i have seen on casino industry. Extremely horrible.

I have asked to block me from all njord ventures b.v casinos. Despite this, I was able to use the site. When i went live chat to koicasino asking about this, they closed my account on lysti. They said they dont have anything to do with this site but still are able to close down an account from another casinos live chat? How is that possible?

Another alert regarding white star bv. I have multiple times asked to block me entirely as i know i cant control of my behaviour due my addiction. They just dont care about it. There is No special offers for being a vip. Many sites gives more back to their players and you dont even need to be a vip for it. I closed my account. When i told them that I have an addiction and lost my monthly income, they said that I enjoyed games and had some nice winnings. Never seen this kind of behaviour towards someone who is sick. Where is the emphaty?

Dont use the site. I have sent them multiple emails and also used live chat to say that I want to be permanently banned from this site due my addiction. They refused to do so. Only thing they offer is 5 years block. That is not enough, when i ask to get a PERMANENT BLOCK due my addiction.

Horrible experience. I have asked to block me permanently from this lisence. They allowed me to register and deposit with same details. After loosing the money they have blocked my account permanently. There is none refund, even when i shouldnt have been able to register even. This site and royspins has both horrible support that is really arrogant towards customers. They dont care at all and is contantly lying to make benefit for themselves. I wouldnt use these casinos. Also alert to all that for example cashback has 10x max win limit which is always extremely bad. They also lie and say they cant affect to rtp. Everyone knows by now that casinos can buy different rtp versions on play and go slots. Just overall this casino management dont care about responsibility and dont have any problem to lie to customers. We also see this from other complaints regarding sistersite royspins.

This must be worst casino there is. They dont answer any questions or concerns. They handle complaints based on their own opinion, not any correct details. They dont comply with mga rules. They couldnt care less about responsibility and protecting vulnerable people, such as addicts.

This is warning to all that do not use a site like this or support this kind of casino ever. I asked them is it possible to refund based on my difficulties. It took a week and they asked me a lot of different documents. I sent them very private information about my difficulties, doctors statement, 8!!! Different Bank statements. I thought that this was meaning that they will refund me as there were so many documents they asked. But definitely not. They only said that refund denied and I have accepted the terms. And this is where they needed over 10 private documents regarding me? This has caused me so much stress and anxiety. I really wouldnt want anyone to have these details and I wouldnt have send those if I would have known that. I have never seen anything like this. Honestly speaking disgusting behaviour towards someone who is already in vulnerable position. Stay away from a place like this! They have now blocked my contacts, I cant send emails or go to live chat. This was while I was waiting for an answer that why my refund was denied. I have now sent very private documents to them and they have blocked me after completely, this is stressing me out so much. I have never been treated as badly. Stay away from here! If you will have any issues they can just block you without any answers.

Horrible site. There is No cashback, no goodwill rewards. No respect towards customers. This site offers absolutely nothing. Also you cant really wager the bonuses as they have excluded pretty much all the slots. I havent seen this bad site on a while. I would say stay away from here. Alert!! They have hidden RTP on play and go slots. Do not use the site.

Extremely bad payouts. Money goes extremely fast here. Played 500 e with max 1 e bet and not even 200x win. Horrible. For No deposit bonus you get some spins that end up all the time less than those is worth. Also wager is x40 which is really high. I would recommend casinos that has wager free goodwill bonuses. Also the cashback amount is lower if you get any bonuses. I have never seen anything like this on other casinos. On this casino you will need to loose to get any rewards, they dont have any system that would give rewards by wagering. I dont recommend. Arrogant support tells someone who is addicted about the big wins someone has got. Does this sound responsible to you?
