Decent casino at first glance, but it was impossible to withdraw. You're required to verify your account, which is nothing unusual of course, but before you can send them the usual documents you have to verify your phone number. For some reason this didn't work for me, number is right but I was unable to receive the code from them to verify it, and thus, unable to proceed with the verification process.
Live chat told to contact them via e-mail because it was supposedly faster to get help that way. I didn't get a reply for a week, then said f it and lost the money. Either it's a scam, or their customer support is very poor. Either way, not going to play there again.

Terrible, I rolled over the registration bonus and had 300 reais. I requested a withdrawal 3 times and it was rejected all three times and the support didn't say anything normal. In the end they blocked my account out of nowhere, without warning they just blocked it, they said I cheated but when I called support to see if everything was ok, they said yes and I could withdraw it.
I'm here again to let you know, they actually reactivated my account and didn't return the balance I had there. There is no support anymore, no one responds. Simply the worst casino I've played at
