When I applied for my first payout of 80 euros, I was very pleasantly surprised. I had the money paid out within 1 hour.
With my 2nd payout of 210 euros, the whole thing looked different again, first it took an extremely long time before my payout amount was debited from the player account and then it took 5 days for the money to be paid out.
When I asked for the live chat, I kept getting the same answers, including the one that in the
*Terms and conditions under point 8.13. is the payouts up to 300 euros within 2 days are paid out up to 1500 euros within 5 days, etc.!*
Because I was constantly complaining and moping around, I was kindly credited with 40 free spins, from which I managed to convert the 3.21 euros and earned 500 euros. Same game as always, I made a withdrawal request and went to sleep. After more than 12 hours I still had the money in my player account, so I wrote to the live chat again. After a long back and forth and many rounds of play later, 300 euros of 500 euros were deducted from my player account and have been paid out ever since... (5 days)
I think it's an outrageous cheek that the employees point out the terms and conditions and the club itself doesn't act according to its terms and conditions...
Als ich meine erste Auszahlung von 80euro beantragt hatte, war ich sehr positiv überrascht. Innerhalb von 1Std hatte ich das Geld ausgezahlt bekommen.
Bei meiner 2ten Auszahlung von 210Euro sah das ganze schon wieder anders aus,erst dauerte es extrem lange ehe mein Auszahlungsbetrag vom Spielerkonto abgebucht wurde und dann dauerte es 5Tage bis das Geld ausgezahlt wurde.
Auf Nachfrage beim livechat erhielt ich auch immer wieder die selben Antworten ua die, dass in den
*AGB's unter Punkt 8.13. steht das Auszahlungen bis 300euro innerhalb von 2tagen Ausgezahlt werden bis 1500Euro innerhalb von 5Tagen usw!*
Weil ich mich ständig beschwerte hab und rum gemotzt hatte bekam ich netter Weise 40freispiele gutgeschrieben, aus deren Gewinn von 3,21euro schaffte ich es den Umzuwandeln und erspielte 500 Euro. Selbes Spiel wie immer, ich stellte eine Auszahlungsanfrage und ging schlafen. Nach über 12Std hatte ich das Geld immer noch auf meinem Spielerkonto, also schrieb ich wiedereinmal den livechat an. Nach langem hin und her und vielen Spielrunden später wurden mir 300euro von 500euro vom Spielerkonto abgebucht und befinden sich seitdem in der Auszahlung... (5tage)
Ich finde es eine unverschämte Frechheit, dass man durch die Mitarbeiter auf die AGB's hingewiesen wird und der Verein selbst nicht nach seinen AGB's handelt...
