Hello Casinoguru! For more than 2 months now Powbet has blocked my account without any explanation. They asked for documents and I provided them but they did not gave any answer. They don't answer to my emails and live support never helps me. There is more than 2 months now and I still can't get my money. My account balance is around 600 to 800 EUR.

Could you please advise how long ago you registered your account and if you’ve completed the account verification successfully? Which games you’ve been playing (live games, slots, or multiplayer)? Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus, please?

Hello. My account has been created about 3 months ago. I did not use any bonus. There was email from them asking for 2 documents and I followed instructions and provided documents. After that they are ignoring that I have sent documents. At the begining they answered to my emails very slow and now they don't answer to my emails at all. Live support never can help me.
