Never used a Bonus or free promos, only used my money. Have tired to cash out a few times from this site and nothing ever happens, have supplied all my documents and they sent me an email saying all verification was done and the withdrawal will be processed in 2 days. Never was. And on the site only says 2 documents are verified. When I asked on the live chat they said yes we need more info. And then I sent the screen shot of the email and they said sorry it’s all good. Yet they still won’t approve my pending withdrawals. Would love to find a way to make them pay or sue if possible if they are illegal operating as this is pretty unfair. And don’t want it to happen to other please help if possible cheers jayden
