Hi,


I have my account locked when I tried to check my withdrawal made one day before for releasing. Then I tried to contact their online chat support to ask why my account locked. They said I was sent an email telling me that I was betting on two side for voucher discount. I just don't understand why they come up of this findings without showing their eveidence and let your account be locked.


Also, I don't get that they're giving discount for purchasing voucher and yet they don't want you to have it. (Take note: you must bet 1:2 mulitiplier before you have it) meaning for 50,000 pesos, you need to bet at least 60,000. These people are afraid to lose money and always threatening you that you're account will terminate without warning. What shall I do, of course I will not use it anymore. pnxbet should love their customer as new betting platform.


I just don't understand that they're willing to give voucher discount but afraid to lose it. Gamblers are gamblers and we all aware you're not going to win everytime. So pnxbet let your players use the voucher you're giving away. If you don't want to lose it, dont give it.
