The player from Philippines had been accused of opening duplicate accounts. Admittedly, he had opened two different accounts. The casino instructed the player to contact them 45 days later for an update. The complaint was closed as 'rejected' because the player had stopped responding to our messages and questions.

I just really need your help because ill be needing the money soon.


when i tried to withdraw from pnxbet, my account suddenly got locked. They say that to wait 45 days for the update.


I already lost money more than I won, this is the first time ill be cashing out on this account.


Im 100% sure that I didn’t do anything wrong. I just had another an another account that i was not using anymore. Thats what I think it was a multiple account. Can you help me thanks

Thank you for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked carefully the T&Cs and this is what I found https://www.pnxbet.com/general-terms-and-conditions:


"2.1.4 The User is allowed to have only one Member Account on this Website. If the User attempts to open more than one Member Account, all accounts the User tried to open may be blocked or closed."


Please understand, that it is strictly forbidden, in the majority of the casinos, to have more than one account. As you admitted, you have opened more than one account from the same IP address. This has been recognized by the casino as breaching T&Cs and your account blocked.

We always recommend reactivating the old account instead of creating a new one to avoid any misunderstanding. Could you please advise what was the reason to open a brand new account?

Hi sir, the reason was I didnt know about this and i already forgot that I had one more account. I know one of my friend who had 2 account also had a successful cashout.


I already lost so many money on that new account and when i won for the first time, this is the time they locked my account.

Yes they were, but I never used the other one or used the same both at the same time, cause i already forgot about my first account. They can check on my bet list from my first account and 2nd account that I never used them at the same time or for any promotional advantages

Kindly investigate the sources of these complaints and the issue given, I think there's some kind of abuse here where the users commit abuse in PNXBET and pass it here.


For users that has been blocked for multiple account, these has solid ground and funds can be recovered by coordinating with our risk team via live chat.


For users that have been blocked due to opposite betting, the user usually have to wait for 45 or more days for investigation to finish and refund funds.


These users from one group (possibly) have been repeating abuses in our platform and bringing it to complaint platform. As you may notice also on amounts it has been just the same scheme. Please investigate
