Casino agent from Philippines has used account of other person to play. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

Im the casino agent and i want to play casino games and to do that i used one of the account of my player , she dont use her account for a long time so i decided to use it then i played live casino and i bit on both side i dont know that this is not allowed to bit on the both side with same account. When im going to withdraw my money the account that i used are already blocked . I tried to contact the real owner of the account to email the PNX but she dont want to cooperate to retrieve the account. I admit that this is my mistake now all i want is to get my balance to that account . What should i do to get my money ? Thanks !

Dear Mary,

Please understand that after breaking so many rules you stand no chance to have this issue resolved. I would be personally surprised if the player would cooperate with you or the casino directly. Furthermore, I would be shocked if the casino kept your agent's contract active after this incident.

My only advice would be not to repeat this mistake ever again.
