So i withdraw 5 days n account verify but after 5 days when i don't receive my withdraw i approach them they says that we are verifying my game what is this mean by verify game I won that is it what is the issue if i didn't won what they check after my lose they are basically didn't want to give my money

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I am still awaiting further evidence from the casino. Although it's not the best communication, I'm in contact with the casino representative, but without further evidence from the casino, I can't move on with this case.
