Case summary

The player from Brazil expressed frustration over changing rollover requirements with the casino, which had increased significantly with each deposit made. He believed the casino was scamming players and wanted to retrieve his deposits back, considering legal action. The Complaints Team attempted to assist by requesting additional evidence of fluctuating wagering requirements but ultimately rejected the complaint due to the player's lack of response to inquiries.

I never had a big issue with them before until the last couple of deposits I made I read the same reviews that people are the same problems with this casino the rollover amount kept changing every time you'd meet it at first I met the deposit amounts that I made and then they bumped it up to 10 Solana and then I meant that requirement then they bumped it up to 35 salon and I meant that requirement and now they're demanding $385 Solana to wager yeah fuck that they're fucking scammers and they change something up I never used to have an issue with them but I'd like to get my deposits back at least cuz I want to take legal action against these scumbags

Dear Tmazzeo95,

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions to clarify your situation.

Could you please clarify the amount of your most recent deposit, particularly the one that appears to have impacted the wagering requirements? Additionally, did you activate a bonus with this deposit?

If you did play with a bonus, it would be very helpful if you could send us the exact link or a screenshot of the bonus along with its Terms and Conditions.

Could you also describe when the wagering requirements seem to change? For instance, do they shift when you attempt a withdrawal, or do you see the change reflected in a progress bar or somewhere else in your profile? If possible, please share any additional screenshots that are relevant to your complaint.

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards

Veronika

The most recent was .2 sol...but there for many others before and th .2 Solana one they made me wager 35 sol..over 6,000 dollars to be able to withdraw and I actually meant that somehow and then they changed it to like 165 it's ridiculous same thing with TRX I made a TRX deposit of $20 did the playthrough $20 and then they increased it to 1,000 TRX so they're just scanning people now this point and they never used to be like this up until a few months ago which is really weird

Thank you for your reply. However, to proceed with your case, we will need clear evidence demonstrating that the wagering requirements are indeed fluctuating while you attempt to fulfill them. The screenshots you have shared with us so far only indicate that you have not yet completed wagering the balance in your account.

Could you please provide additional screenshots or any other form of evidence showing that the wagering requirements have changed during your play? This will help us better understand the issue and support your complaint effectively. Thank you for your cooperation.
