I registered at this casino and played the welcome bonus. I finished the bonus wagering and tried to withdraw the funds. But it turned out that the casino added some more wagering for real money. No one in support could explain where this wagering came from and what games I could play to finish it. They showed me the amount of $2000 but in reality I had to play 4-5 times more to finish it. I tried different games but none had a 100% contribution to this wagering. After I finished it and requested a withdrawal, the casino canceled my winnings and blocked access to the live chat. It is obvious that this is a scam casino and it is not clear why it has such a high rating. There is no point in opening a complaint because they completely ignore it - I have already had experience.

I deposited 1,000 USDT twice at Playing.io (operated by Bridge Technologies B.V.) and placed sports bets. Everything was fine as long as I was losing. However, the moment my account became profitable, I was restricted – I could no longer place bets.
I requested a withdrawal of my available balance – 2,461.61 USDT. Despite my account being fully verified, the withdrawal process took nearly two weeks (13-14 days).
After successfully withdrawing my funds, Playing.io continued to credit small amounts of 2-3 USDT as part of their loyalty program. I played small-stake casino games (cents) and managed to increase my balance to 50 USDT, fully meeting all rollover requirements.
When I requested to withdraw these 50 USDT, my balance was wiped to zero, and the funds were never paid out. When I contacted support, I received absurd and ridiculous explanations, which had no basis in their terms and conditions.

Despite this formal complaint, Playing.io management completely ignored the discussion and refused to participate in any resolution efforts. Filed a complaint. I think they blocked my account unlawfully. I made risk-free bets to play off the wager))) Ha-ha! How can you call bets with a probability of 95% risk-free?! This is not 100%. Live customer support does not help and online support does not reply. They have all of the attributes of a scam casino and have proved to be one so far in my experience. People should take warning before depositing as my experience has not been a good one and I have been around online gambling since the beginning. So for me to even say something means I would tread very lightly into investing too much if at all in this casino. I’ve been using Playing.io for a while, and while I’ve managed to withdraw small winnings without an issue, my recent experience with a larger payout has been nothing short of frustrating. I won over 1,000,000 INR and was told that I hadn’t met the rollover target of 2,000,000 INR, even though I played and met the target. I then requested a withdrawal of 25,000 INR, the maximum allowed, only to have it rejected again.I contacted Live Support, hoping for assistance, but they gave me the same runaround as before. To my disbelief, they set a new rollover target of 4,000,000 INR! Incredibly, I managed to hit that target too, playing tirelessly without sleeping, but when I tried to withdraw again, my request was rejected yet again.Now my balance is down to just 60,000 INR, and I still can’t withdraw anything. Playing.io's live support is cold, unresponsive, and completely unwilling to help resolve the issue. If you're thinking about playing here, be warned: they might pay out small amounts, but for larger winnings, they seem determined to keep your money no matter what you do. Save yourself the headache.
Don't payout if win jackpots on high amounts. If complain or raised complaint they would say "it's system generated, cannot interfere with it," if insisted they just gave you impossible to achieve rollover targets. Very cold.

Decided to give this new casino a try since there weren't any reviews yet. So to start off with there are plenty things about this casino I do like and enjoy however, all those seem to come up as false positives when you realize the terms that go along with them. Plenty of bonuses/wagering is outrageous, Tons of games/RTP seems way off, Deposits are instant/Yet to get close to withdrawing, VIP ranks move fairly quickly, clean website, easy to navigate. I honestly have mixed feelings about this one because like i said there are some positives about it that make the losing a little enjoyable but ultimately im probably not going to waste anymore money here. Deposited 3 times = Never came close to doubling any of them.

I registered at this casino and played the welcome bonus. I finished the bonus wagering and tried to withdraw the funds. But it turned out that the casino added some more wagering for real money. No one in support could explain where this wagering came from and what games I could play to finish it. They showed me the amount of $2000 but in reality I had to play 4-5 times more to finish it. I tried different games but none had a 100% contribution to this wagering. After I finished it and requested a withdrawal, the casino canceled my winnings and blocked access to the live chat. It is obvious that this is a scam casino and it is not clear why it has such a high rating. There is no point in opening a complaint because they completely ignore it - I have already had experience.

I deposited 1,000 USDT twice at Playing.io (operated by Bridge Technologies B.V.) and placed sports bets. Everything was fine as long as I was losing. However, the moment my account became profitable, I was restricted – I could no longer place bets.
I requested a withdrawal of my available balance – 2,461.61 USDT. Despite my account being fully verified, the withdrawal process took nearly two weeks (13-14 days).
After successfully withdrawing my funds, Playing.io continued to credit small amounts of 2-3 USDT as part of their loyalty program. I played small-stake casino games (cents) and managed to increase my balance to 50 USDT, fully meeting all rollover requirements.
When I requested to withdraw these 50 USDT, my balance was wiped to zero, and the funds were never paid out. When I contacted support, I received absurd and ridiculous explanations, which had no basis in their terms and conditions.

Despite this formal complaint, Playing.io management completely ignored the discussion and refused to participate in any resolution efforts. Even though they have committed to cooperating with Casino Guru, they simply disregarded all communication. This behavior is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable for an operator that claims to be fair and transparent.

Filed a complaint. I think they blocked my account unlawfully. I made risk-free bets to play off the wager))) Ha-ha! How can you call bets with a probability of 95% risk-free?! This is not 100%. Moreover, I got these same 5% and I lost both bets. Well, then for regular bets on the line (on their line!!) I got a ban, that they were abnormal. In the end, they didn't even return the deposit... it would have been better not to give this bonus, I don't need it

Live customer support does not help and online support does not reply. They have all of the attributes of a scam casino and have proved to be one so far in my experience. People should take warning before depositing as my experience has not been a good one and I have been around online gambling since the beginning. So for me to even say something means I would tread very lightly into investing too much if at all in this casino. Their bonuses are not what they seem and some do not exist even if they are advertised right on their page. They got their games tightened more than they should.

I’ve been using Playing.io for a while, and while I’ve managed to withdraw small winnings without an issue, my recent experience with a larger payout has been nothing short of frustrating. I won over 1,000,000 INR and was told that I hadn’t met the rollover target of 2,000,000 INR, even though I played and met the target. I then requested a withdrawal of 25,000 INR, the maximum allowed, only to have it rejected again.I contacted Live Support, hoping for assistance, but they gave me the same runaround as before. To my disbelief, they set a new rollover target of 4,000,000 INR! Incredibly, I managed to hit that target too, playing tirelessly without sleeping, but when I tried to withdraw again, my request was rejected yet again.Now my balance is down to just 60,000 INR, and I still can’t withdraw anything. Playing.io's live support is cold, unresponsive, and completely unwilling to help resolve the issue. If you're thinking about playing here, be warned: they might pay out small amounts, but for larger winnings, they seem determined to keep your money no matter what you do. Save yourself the headache.
Don't payout if win jackpots on high amounts. If complain or raised complaint they would say "it's system generated, cannot interfere with it," if insisted they just gave you impossible to achieve rollover targets. Very cold.

The variation in the minimum bet value on certain slots also represents a negative aspect for those betting with limited budgets. Decided to give this new casino a try since there weren't any reviews yet. So to start off with there are plenty things about this casino I do like and enjoy however, all those seem to come up as false positives when you realize the terms that go along with them. Plenty of bonuses/wagering is outrageous, Tons of games/RTP seems way off, Deposits are instant/Yet to get close to withdrawing, VIP ranks move fairly quickly, clean website, easy to navigate. I honestly have mixed feelings about this one because like i said there are some positives about it that make the losing a little enjoyable but ultimately im probably not going to waste anymore money here. Deposited 3 times = Never came close to doubling any of them.
UPDATE: Deposited two more times just to see if it was a bad luck streak or not and pretty much confirmed what i suspected. Don't play here. Games are def suspicious as far as the stated RTP on each game.
