I first made a withdrawal request on the 22nd of May 2022, it was cancelled everyday until I submitted all documents they requested. I did all that but then they cancelled it because I can only withdraw 15x my initial deposit which left the balance at 375€. I requested this 74 hrs ago and still not processed when the sent me an email that said it would be processed within 72hrs.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved by the casino, still, if you don’t receive your winnings by then, please, let us know and we will try to help you.

Ok thank you for your reply, I know I have submitted this complaint early but I am going by other cases on this site and I just would like it lodged in case I need to go forward with it.

They have now cancelled my withdrawal for the 11th time this time citing a technical issue. It feels like they are just messing me around now. They said the withdrawal was processed and accepted and then a technical issue occurred. I have kept all emails and chat transcripts and have screenshot all the cancellations.

Hi yes it has been fully verified. Here are screenshots of casino site saying all approved. I also received an email confirming the same.
