This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

Good morning Petronela, but according to reports from the Pin UP consultants, the deadline for payment of the withdrawal is from 10 minutes to 24 hours, at no time was what you reported above about the period of 14 days said to me, and since my withdrawal was canceled 4 times, I felt entitled to open a claim and only after this claim was my withdrawal accepted!!!!!
Bom dia Petronela mais segundo relatos dos próprios consultores da Pin UP o prazo para pagamento da retirada é de 10 minutos a 24 horas, em momento algum o que você relatou acima sobre o prazo de 14 dias foi me dito, e já que minha retirada foi cancelada 4 vezes, me senti no direito de abrir uma reclamação e somente após essa reclamação minha retirada foi aceita!!!!!
