ok I had a good day and make a withdrawal and a few minutes later it was rejected I got onto chat that submitted a task to technical support and stated that the problem is on my side off the bank which I have contacted and my back stated that no issues were on our side so I got back to chat and having no luck with my withdrawals and iv also sent my iban and a neteller account and refusing to comply with my request....I was even asked by chat to try make a deposit using a different method which I did and still refusing to pay me

Was is your first withdrawal in this casino, or you have collected winnings successfully in the past?
