I have requested for withdrawal many times, but all the requests were rejected because additional verification was required after the profile was verified. I again requested withdrawal, and now this is my fourth withdrawal request, and still they are not replying to my chats and ignoring me.
The process is very slow. I currently have ten lakhs in my pin up account and am concerned; will they block my account?

FYI, my pinup account has been verified already. Now my problem is related to my withdrawal. It's been more than 4 days, and they told me to wait for their standard time, which has also expired.
