Hi,


I have requested for withdrawal many times, but all the requests were rejected because additional verification was required after the profile was verified. I again requested withdrawal, and now this is my fourth withdrawal request, and still they are not replying to my chats and ignoring me.

The process is very slow. I currently have ten lakhs in my pin up account and am concerned; will they block my account?

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. FYI, my pinup account has been verified already. Now my problem is related to my withdrawal. It's been more than 4 days, and they told me to wait for their standard time, which has also expired. And now I am very upset with the pin-up service. Please help me get my money credited into my bank account.

I have requested for my withdrawal on 6th april 2023 12:05 PM IST, and till now not progress at all.

I am trying to connect them through chat box, but no response from pin up..

I request you to please help me.

I fully understand your frustration, abhishekroy7102. However, I will set the timer for additional 7 days allowing to casino two full weeks to process the payment and if there’s no development by then, we will intervene.
