Hi,


I need some help regarding my deposit at parimatch casino.


On July 5 2023 I made a Btc deposit 0.01262987 that's equivalent INR 33787.63.I aslo paid a fee of Btc 0.0005 from my end.My Btc wallet showed recipient will get INR 33787.63 after the processing fee deduction.


The amount parimatch credited to my account was INR 31429.51 that's less INR 2358 from my actual deposit amount that I deposited from my Btc wallet.


I have been trying to get this resolved with parimatch for the last three weeks.


I have sent them all the proofs that I have regarding that transaction everything screenshots of the transection my Btc wallet information.

I aslo sent Hash ID of the transaction after I obtained it from my Btc wallet provider.


However they just keep asking me the same information over and over again.

They don't want to credit my missing deposit amount, they are just wasting my time.


I gave them all the proofs I have.It should not be difficult for them to just tally the Figures and find out the descrepency.


They have been wasting my time since July 5 2023 asking for same information that I have provided them million times already.


Kindly help to recover my missing deposit thank you.


I am not able to upload attachments there's an error everytime I try to upload attachments.I can send them to you at your email if that's Okay.

Thank you for your reply Tomas.


When I made the Deposit on July 5 2023 with Btc there were only two things on thier cashier page 1. Parimatch Btc wallet address 2. Method of Payment.Below I have attached the screenshot of the exact cashier page I got when I made the deposit.


There was no other information available on thier cashier page no Information about Exchange rate nothing.


However I have just tried to exchange the same Btc amount to INR iny Btc Wallet and charge for Exchange is under a INR 100.Even if there was an exchange rate fee there's no way they can charge me over INR 2000 for exchange for the same Btc amount.


I will send you the screenshots of my conversation with Parimatch support regarding this matter.

Hi Tomas,


Again Parimatch Has sent me the same reply that they have been sending me for the last 3 weeks.Asking me to Share a screenshot of the transaction that shows Exact Date Time Amount and Transection ID.


I have already provided them with the screenshot of the particular transaction that shows Exact Date Time Amount and Transection ID from my transaction history of my Btc wallet several times.


I didn't share a screenshot of messages that I received from my Bank or any statement that I got from my bank.


I shared a screenshot of my Btc Wallet history that clearly has all the information they asked for that is enough for them to resolve the issue.


Below I have attached the email reply I got from them just now and also my transaction screenshot that shows all the details they have asked for.


They just Harrassing me at this point.


Please help me!

Please understand exchanges with cryptocurrencies carry a fluctuation rate risk, as indicated by the symbol: ≈

It might be entirely possible Bitcoin lost value shortly before your transaction took place based on market conditions.

I believe the casino asks for a link to the hashID. Kindly share the link with the transaction from the application to the casino so they can check it. My attempts to use known blockchain platforms to confirm the transaction using just the hashID from the screenshot weren't successful.

I have already shared but they denied it I have regularly checked the bitcoin price in that particular time frame of deposit there was no worrisome change in btc price which effect that much change in amount in deposit.

Hi,


Kindly close the complaint.


I have made several BTC deposits in numerous online casinos in last 2 years before and this never happened to me.


I always got the exact amount in my casino account that I was suppose to get after exchange rate deduction.


I will not make any crypto deposits in parimatch again this seems strange.
