Scammers Parimatch, My account id is 947987057. I deposited 900 Rupees exactly at 10.30 Pm, 25th August, 2024. It's still not reflecting in my account. I already provided deposit screenshot and contacted live chat as well however it's they just said experts are reviewing your matter. Also one of your agent Gladness said that it will take few minutes and maximum 12 hours but it's already more than that but still no one is helping on my issue. If you cannot help customers in these types of situations please stop these types of scams. I also email you on your support email with all proof of my deposit don't tell me to send email again. Please investigate this and resolve as soon as possible. And don't ask me to send email to your support as I already emailed it please review and if my issue not resolved I'm never going to deposit on Parimatch again. Thanks!

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

Thank you for your super fast reply. I already contacted my bank and they said that payment has already been sent to beneficiary account however this is not just the first complaint about Parimatch. I read lots of negative reviews related to deposit problem on parimatch in other Casino website. Yesterday one of their agent said you will get amount in maximum 12 hours but it's more than 17 hours now. Please check and assist as I really need your support otherwise they will scam like this in future.

In order to give the casino sufficient opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue, I will extend the timeline for an additional 26 days, making it a full month.
