The player from India had deposited 10,000 to his Parimatch wallet on December 31, 2023, which had been debited from his bank account but was not credited to the casino account. Despite the casino's assurance of a refund within 5 days, the player had not received it even after 20 days. Upon submitting a complaint, the player had been advised to contact his payment provider for further investigation, as the casino's ability to intervene was limited. Eventually, after the complaint had been filed, the casino refunded the amount to the player's Parimatch wallet, from where he had been able to withdraw it to his bank account. We had marked the complaint as 'resolved' following the successful resolution of the player's issue.

I diposited 10,000 to parimatch wallet as on dt 31 Dec 2023.my bank account was debited but Parimatch wallet not credited.I talk to customer care of parimatch they told me your money refunded to you within 5 days.Now its 20 days gone my money not refunded.I Don't know they will refund it or not.Poor service.user id-5*******5

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

Many Many thanks to Casino guru.After i submitted the complaint Parimatch refund my money immediately to the parimatch wallet.I withdrawal the ammount to my bank account today Again Thanks to Casino Guru.
