This is my ID. Parimatch blocked my account because i'm winning. I've never done any suspicious activity you can also check my bet history now they have blocked my account saying that i have done some suspicious activity. when i ask them what i have done. They are replying below message repeatedly but not giving explanation. please help me get my account unblocked. it has complete verification,

Good day to you!


1) I've been using Parimatch since 4 years completely verified with national id card and my account is blocked day before yesterday i.e 18th May, 2024

2) I came to know that my account is blocked because when I go to deposit page. I got this error saying "Unfortunately, you account does not allow you to make a deposit, please contact support for more information"

3) I've played Virtual sports, sports, slots everything

4) I've not used any bonus


They have blocked me because I've won some good amount of money. When I ask what suspicion things I've done in my account, they are not replying and closing the chat immediately without any answer. Please allow me to deposit again because I have not done anything wrong.
