Am 27.11.22 um 12:36 hatte ich mein Guthaben auf null € und um 12:41 wurde mein Bonus gelöscht. Aber habe ja noch die nicht geöffnete Freispiele. Könnt ihr weiterhelfen? Immerhin geht es hier um 2800€. Mir geht es nicht um eine Auszahlung, sondern möchte meine spiele zocken.
