Hello good morning, I do not recommend playing at this casino. If you make large winnings it becomes impossible to withdraw, the withdrawal times are considerably longer and if you make multiple withdrawals in the same month you pay commissions of up to 10% of the withdrawal. Scam casino. 16 days since requested cashout. Whenever I ask online service for explanations, they keep on replying me with automatic pre-prepared template answers .
Keep on misleading their cosumers and they just stop conversation and hang off.

Unfortunately, you have to give at least one star because the casino didn't deserve one either. Registration ran without any problems when making a deposit and then we started. I deposited a small amount to test how it works but the deposit was not credited! After a pssr minute I tried to reach the live chat, didn't work. I left a message and was told I'd get a reply as soon as possible. In the next few hours I tried again and again to reach the chat. Then this succeeded. Was pointless, however, because except that it is forwarded to the responsible department with priority, nothing came out. Twice I was only told in the chat that they do everything possible and I will be notified by email. It's been 4 days now and nothing has come, neither money nor answer. Even a verification is not immediately possible only with the first payout. Stay away from this casino, I have never been treated so boldly and badly in an online casino.

Zweimal wurde mir dann im chat nur gesgt die tuen alles mögliche ind ich werde per email benachrichtigt. Das ist jetzt bereits 4 Tage her und nichts ist gekommen, weder Geld noch Antwort. Selbst eine Verifizierung ist nicht sofort möglich erst bei der ersten Auszahlung. Finger weg von diesem Casino, so dreist und schlecht wurde ich noch nie in einem online Casino behandelt.
Nach 6 Tagen wurde das Geld gut geschrieben ohne Kommentar vom Casino

I submitted a withdrawal on a Saturday of 350 euros with the account validated and on Monday they started to roll up. I ended up canceling it and when I went to play, bets 0 4/0.5 I had strange game sessions where no matter how many slots I played, I always won very little. I can only advise everyone not to play there. Customer service is bad, chat not helpful at all. Inflexible to the point of no longer works. Only through a complaint to CasinoGuru did they move at all. They can rest assured that I won't pay another cent there.
