Hello, I have played at this casino for several weeks and also made a successful withdrawal. After that I continued to play and then got free spins on 50 cents in the game "Big Bad Wolf", which made a profit of ~360€. Immediately after the free spins, the error message "technical problem occurred" came from the casino. And the profit was not posted. The free spins cannot be found in the course of the game.
