Ok so I played on this casino because the bonus were very attracting, unfortunately, I was not smart enough to look at the review of the casino, saying that this casino has a very bad reputation. So I deposited money and played on it with a bonus, I completed the wager requirements, and so I asked for a withdrawal around 7th october 2021. Yet I still haven't received my withdrawal, and I'm talking to the casino every week to ask them to speed up the withdrawal but they always say they will do as fast as they can, but they do nothing. I'm getting really impatient and I would like them to sort it out in 2 weeks at maximum. I hope you can help me with this problem.

Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed or it has been sent but never reached you? Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost three months is unusually long time.
