This is not a casino but a a gang of fraudsters.
I had couple deposits 2 years ago. The second deposit -won near 200 they paid after couple days. Then again deposited and won some money. Withdrawal of near was claimed 2 years ago. Support is trained to give stupid comments about withdrawal. Agent just turned off my chat option after couple demands to perform payout. The email given by agent to contact the management doesn't exist.... Scammers 100%. Beware.

I won £350 on January 3rd and I still haven’t received it, they cut you off on live chat when you enquire, saying checks are being done. My emails also bounce back.
Very confused as in September when I first joined I won £300 and they paid out within 3 days! I also sent them all my ID on the email address that keeps bouncing and saying not in use.
It’s a shame really as I would have continued playing if this withdrawal had gone through. I am feeling doubtful I will ever get my money.

I think everyone agrees on this one, they are among the worst one I have encounter online just from the start.

Just tried to get a little amount of money on it (because of the lack of license) > no luck adding money. I usually don't have any problem with Mastercard, no idea if it was because of the French account.

Customer service almost tried to force my hand into other solutions, it felt almost like it was my fault for not being able to give them money.

There appear to be more and more complaints against this casino, yet nothing seems to be getting done. Does anyone have any information about the casino other than the email address? I had £65000 in my account, won fairly. They educed the amount to £0 and closed the account. All emails to them are ignored. The telephone number on their contact page is for an online dating agency. Police won't help as they say it's a civil matter, take the to court, but without having details of directors etc there's not much I can do.
All we need is a phone number or address of the casino owner and we can pass it onto the authorities. I'd be prepared to give most of my winning to charity if only to bring these crooks/scammers to justice.

The casino has not paid out since October 26th, 2021 and the license issue is probably a FAKE. The casino is cheating and you are always just put off in the chat.
