The player from United Kingdom has requested withdrawal a week ago. It hasn’t been received yet. The complaint was resolved as the player received his money.
Been waiting longer than 1 week for my withdrawal to even be processed. I have used 4 crowns casino which is similar to ocean breeze casino and their withdrawal process was quick. Every time I contact ocean breeze I just get the same message all the time that I have to wait I’ve never know a casino like this, their withdrawal policy states 24 to 48 hours but that isn’t the case at all they lie through their teeth. Can you please try and sort this!

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Yes completed the KYC my account is fully verified. The withdrawal method is a bank wire/transfer. It’s still awaiting user request which means it hasn’t even been looked at yet, the information I keep getting from the casino is your gaming and financial history is being checked. I’ve never know a withdrawal take so long 4 crowns casino has the same process as this ocean breeze casino and they payout within 5 days this is what I don’t get.

Still saying awaiting user request for my withdrawal it’s the 11th day now.
Apparently I’m only allowed to withdraw 250 pound not 500.50 after asking for 2 weeks about my winnings they tell me this now. Now have to make a new withdrawal which then will take another 2 weeks absolute joke of a casino 😡
