Hello.I have been registered and playing to nucleon casino ,date 17.09.2022.

Everything was going good ,first i started to deposit some amount via my skrill account. My first deposit was 177 euros,179 euros,25 euros,200 euros,100 euros ,100 euros and the last one was 50 euros , totally 831 euros.while i was depositing and playing i lost my ticket on soccer matches and one days i was lucky and i won 2811 euros.I was very happy and lucky for my winnings so the first time i try to make some withdrawals and i request a withdrawal 900 euros.everything was fine and i was waiting to get my winnings ,but after 3 days i was notified to send some documents and after that my withdrawal will be approved but it was only a scam and fake company.i send all documents and it was not easy to send all documents because there were a lot of documents to be sent , however i found all of them and i send. They need from my side :identity front and back side, id next to face, proof of address(utility bill) , screen shot of my skrill that i used to deposit , phone bill contract and screenshot of my skrill how have been funded.i send all those documents and i have waiting more than 1 month to be approved .while i was waiting i have contacted many times live chat and asked them what is going on , one month to very my account and to send my funds,but every 4 days they only check one document,so i send them 7 documents nearly 28 totally to be verified my account , and after one month my account was totally verified and i was happy.they cancelled my withdrawals all the time and one day they said we have technical issues with skrill , and they again cancell my pending withdrawals.For all those problems i have screenshots and emails from them .today they cancel all my winnings and they left only 177 euros (only the last deposit). They send me an email explaining me about terms and conditions : 

We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been cancelled by the payments department and the amount of 2634€ has been removed due to the following terms of our Terms & Conditions:

11.1. The following practices in relation to the Services:


a) abuse of bonuses or other promotions (as defined in paragraph 11.4)


b) using unfair external factors or influences (commonly known as cheating)


c) taking unfair advantage (as defined in paragraph 11.4);


d) opening any Duplicate Accounts; and/or


e) undertaking fraudulent practice or criminal activity (as defined in paragraph 11.4), constitute "Prohibited Practices" and are not permitted. We will take all reasonable steps to prevent and detect such practices and to identify the relevant players concerned if they do occur.


11.2. You agree that you shall not participate in or be connected with any form of Prohibited Practice in connection with your access to or use of the Services.


11.3. If:


a) We have reasonable grounds to believe that you have participated in or have been connected with any form of Prohibited Practice (and the basis of our belief shall include the use by us of any fraud, cheating and collusion detection practices which are used in the gambling and gaming industry at the relevant time); or


b) You have placed bets and/or played online games with any other online provider of gambling services and are suspected (as a result of such play) of any Prohibited Practice or otherwise improper activity; or


c) We become aware that you have "charged back" or denied any of the purchases or deposits that you made to your account; or


d) You become bankrupt or suffer analogous proceedings anywhere in the world,


then, (including in connection with any suspension and/or termination of your account) we shall have the right, in respect of your account to withhold the whole or part of the balance and/or recover from the account the amount of any deposits, pay-outs, bonuses or winnings which have been affected by or are in any way attributable to any of the event(s) outlined in this paragraph.


Nothing is true from this company . The only thing is they dont wanna send moneys to someone that is lucky like me ,they only want to get moneys from deposits not to send money to player like me . Please casino guru help me about this matter.
