Hello, i have serious problems with withdrawal, I've been trying to withdraw money for a week and evrytime they cancel me for no reason. as I checked it was licensed and shouldn't have such problems, but I was wrong. Actually, not even the team can help in anything! I think it's a scam site!It seems there is non-existent customer service, and despite sending an email for support, they tell me everything is fine, but I see nothing that implies it is.

1. Yes, I passed the full verification. 2. I won with my deposit, not the bonus. 3. No, I have never withdrawn money, it is the first attempt and failed. 4. I have used the withdrawal with iban several times and also with crypto, I have deposited money with both of them before what the page allowed me to deposit with, I have screenshots of everything, after so many attempts, I received an email again to try to withdraw again with the bank, it's funny, I already know it will be canceled, an error message Nothing came to me.
