There is no wothdraw option same like i deposite money and i cant withdraw because it shoud be at same way you deposite. I deposite credit card method but to withdraw this method is not available for me and dont show on the withdraw methods. I have contacted support agents and still didnt find anysolution

Please understand that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method to withdraw your winnings?

Could you kindly confirm if you passed the full KYC verification?

Hello i have passed the lyc and my account in ninecasino is verified and still noany solution or alternative, they told me to make a deposite from another method i try from scrill but scrill dont allow me to pay in ninecasino and this borns bigger doubts whyy its not allowed is this a scame platform or whats the problem its not safe. Im very very disapointed from ninecasino

Please keep in mind that not all payment methods are available in all countries the casino accepts players from. If Skrill is not working for you, can you see any other payment methods in your casino profile that are available for deposits and withdrawals for players residing in your country?
