I strongly advise that you do not use this casino as it doesn't pay its bets. I was surprised that I placed a bet on Monopoly Live spins for 10 pounds and the best was acknowledged but not paid. I have shared the screenshot as evidence of the scam and as you can see the bet amount but no win (which is impossible considering when the monopoly man is standing). NineCasino support logged it and escalated but came back with the conclusion that this round was not a win regardless of the image provided of the round and evidence of the bonus. I have shared all chat and screenshots for you to draw your own conclusions

I thought I had a previous issue with payment but could not capture this in time so was mindful of potential issues hence capturing the screen shot this time round. There were instances where i was paid, my total balance reflected this....then all of a sudden the total balance would reduce (as if I didn't win as much).

Based on the picture of the Monopoly man, your bet was £10, not £20 as in the screenshot you sent later. Could you please check it once again? Thank you.

Yes £10 was the amount I bet on 4 rolls, the other £10 was divided was on other numbers. So the total bet for the round was £20. The amount on 4 roll was £10 so this is the amount the multipliers use to calculate wins. The fact you can see the amount of the bet shows that the bet was accepted and acknowledged. The fact that you see a zero in the win shows that something is going wrong.
