i have recently attempted to withdraw from ninewin casino, from reading other peoples reviews I knew this would happen to me too. The withdrawal amount was £1157 and my account is fully verified.

I have answered your questions I am currently in contact with them now but I’m assuming I will not get a good response, I also have been asked to provide an address which there is no where for me to upload on the account so I sent this via email.

I have had an email update from nine win stating that I need to double check the account number and sort code but both times I had triple checked, I will keep you updated tomorrow as I want to try and find a solution for UK players because this is insane that it’s so easy to deposit but so hard to cash out what is rightfully mine. I am going to contact them again once the withdrawal has been cancelled again and see what the next steps are, so far I am glad that they are responding I found out that if you go on the live chat and mention you haven’t been contacted, this got them to instantly come back to me
