The player from Hungary is experiencing difficulties withdrawing his funds due to technical difficulties related to crypto payment method. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.

I deposited 600 USDT to this casino at once.

I played without bonuses and I had a good run and won 28 000.

This casino does not pay my winnings.

First they declined (after 4 days) my first 4k USDT withdrawal due to technical issues with the payment processor (crypto 🙂 )

and suggested me to use another payment options.


Then when I tried via Bank transfer they declined saying I can only use the payment method I deposited with. Crazy.


So I requested a new withdrawal via Crypto. I'm waiting for several days as they said the USDT withdrawal options has tehcnical issue they can not process at this moment.


So after 10 days I received nothing.

Their T&C grants withdrawal acceptance within 3 days max and 4k a week, 50k a month.


I have all the screenshots , all of their answers and live chat answers, what I'm ready to provide as a proof.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

 

Could you please confirm that your account was successfully verified in the past? Have you withdrawn any winnings from this casino previously?

Yes my account is vereified I can show you screesnhto of it (12 days ago)


As I mentioned I can accept any kind and any type of payment methods.

But when I tried bank transfer they immediatley declined it , because

i can only use the same method I deposited with (coinspaid)

so what can I do now ?


and finally now I never received money from this casino.

They seems to be scammers

I just received my first 4k from them after contacing their complaint team

in the same time I contacted you. They solved it quickly
