I hereby complain about the theft of approx. 5,500 euros by the N1Bet Casino.
About the topic:
Yesterday I received a daily cashback bonus of 102 euros.
From these I made about 5500 euros.

Then why do you allow higher stakes?????

But no, even the wager bonus runs automatically from game to game.

You, as N1Bet, are solely responsible for this error.

hiermit reklamiere ich den Diebstahl von ca.5.500 Euro durch das N1Bet Casino.
Zum Sachverhalt:
Ich erhielt gestern einen Daily Cashback Bonus von 102 Euro.
Aus diesen machte ich ca.5500 Euro.
Jetzt soll ich gegen Ihre AGB's verstoßen haben, in dem ich mit größeren Einsätzen als 5 Euro spielte.
Warum erlauben Sie dann höhere Einsätze ?????
Technisch wäre das kein Problem.
Aber nein, selbst der Wager Bonus läuft von Spiel zu Spiel automatisch mit.
Kein Verweis, von nichts und niemanden, das etwas angeblich nicht rechtens sei. Der Bonus wird ganz normal freigegeben, nach dem die Wagerer Bonusbedingungen erfüllt wurden.
Für diesen Fehler sind nur Sie, als N1Bet ganz allein verantwortlich.
Zumal ich gestern mehrmals den Live Support bezüglich des Bonus gefragt hatte.
Es wurde vom Support kontrolliert und niemand machte mich auf irgend etwas aufmerksam.
Aus diesem Grund bestehe ich auf meinen Gewinn in Höhe von ca.5500 Euro.
Dann, was ist mit den vorherigen Bonusen ?
Dort spielte ich auch mit größeren Einsätzen.
Aber ich verlor.
Da hat mich auch niemand aufmerksam gemacht.
Da war aber Ihre Welt in Ordnung, weil ich halt verlor.
Aber wehe dem einer gewinnt.
Dann weigert man sich.
Keinerlei Kulanz, in keiner Form.
Immer alles gegen die Kunden auslegen.
Sollten Sie mir mein gewonnenes Geld nicht wieder auf mein Konto buchen, werde ich alles dafür tun,
dass Sie Ihre Lizenz für die EU verlieren und gegebenenfalls Ihre WEB Seite in der EU gesperrt wird.

The point is that higher bets, i.e. bets over 5 euros, are not automatically blocked by N1Bet Casino.
Thus, the casino violates the control obligation.
It works at other casinos too.
In addition, the Wagerer Bonus is currently running with every bet.
This gives the impression that everything is ok.
This is a misrepresentation of facts.
In addition, only 5 percent of the stake is added to the wager factor in baccarat.
That means I had a daily cashback bonus of 102 euros, which had to be wagered 5 times in 24 hours.

Der Punkt ist der, dass höhere Einsätze, sprich Einsätze über 5 Euro nicht vom N1Bet Casino automatisch gesperrt werden.
Somit verstößt das Casino gegen die Kontrollpflicht.
Bei anderen Casinos funktioniert das doch auch.
Hinzu kommt, dass der Wagerer Bonus aktuell immer mit jedem Einsatz mitläuft.
Es wird somit der Eindruck suggeriert, dass alles ok ist.
Das ist ein Vortäuschen falscher Tatsachen.
Ausserdem werden beim Baccarat nur 5 Prozent vom Einsatz auf den Wagerer Faktor dazugerechnet.
Das heisst ich hatte einen Daily Cashback Bonus von 102 Euro, welcher 5 mal in 24 Stunden umgesetzt werden musste.
Dadurch das aber nur 5 Prozent beim Baccarat gerechnet werden, musste ich 10.000 Euro umsetzen.
Bedenkt man jetzt, dass ein Tag 1440 Minuten hat, jedes Spiel ca. 1 Minute dauert und man keine 2000 Spiele a 5 Euro am Stück gewinnen kann, merkt man spätestens jetzt, dass dieses System bei 5 Euro Einsatz nie funktionieren kann, sprich so nur die Absicht haben kann zu betrügen.

Unfortunately, I have no game history because the provider N1 Bet only shows the last 50 games.
A rogue is someone who thinks evil of it.
Unfortunately, it wasn't just a few games that cost more than 5 euros.
However, during my research I found some inconsistencies.
N1BET does not have a valid EU license.
They operate with a gambling license from Curacao.
Curacao itself was once a Dutch colony, but is not part of the EU.
According to my current state of knowledge, the casino offer from N1BET would be absolutely illegal in all German federal states, with the exception of Schleswig-Holstein.
Unfortunately, I have never dealt with this problem before.
The hurdles and requirements of the German control authorities are very strict.
According to the German gaming authority, monthly deposits are only allowed up to 1000 euros.
However, I can prove specifically to me that N1Bet does not comply with these requirements.

Ich habe leider keinen Spielverlauf, da vom Anbieter N1 Bet nur die letzten 50 Spiele angezeigt werden.
Ein Schelm ist, wer böses dabei denkt.
Leider waren es auch nicht nur ein paar Spiele die über den 5 Euro lagen.
Ich bin aber bei meinen Recherchen auf weiter Ungereimtheiten gestoßen.
N1BET verfügt über keine gültige EU Lizenz.
Sie agieren mit einer Glücksspiellizenz aus Curacao.
Curacao selber war zwar mal eine niederländische Kolonie, ist aber kein Bestandteil der EU.
Nach meinen jetzigen Wissensstand wäre somit das Casinoangebot von N1BET in allen deutschen Bundesländern, mit Ausnahme Schleswig-Holstein, absolut illegal.
Leider habe ich mich dieser Problematik vorher nie beschäftigt.
Die Hürden und die Auflagen der deutschen Kontrollbehörden sind sehr strikt.
Laut deutscher Glückspielbehörde sind monatliche Einzahlungen nur bis 1000 Euro erlaubt.
Konkret auf mich bezogen kann ich aber nachweisen, dass sich N1Bet nicht an diese Auflagen hält.
Wäre es denn möglich, auf dieser Schiene gegen N1BET vorzugehen ??
Könnten Sie mich diesbezüglich telefonisch zu kontaktieren??

Why should I verify myself if I am already fully verified at N1Bet?
Starting with email address, cell phone number, ID copy, bank cards, bank account, address verification, etc.
