The player from Australia had deposited $50 via Neosurf into the casino on 16/09/23. Despite having provided all necessary proof, the deposit had not been acknowledged by the casino. We had advised the player to contact her payment provider for further investigation, as the casino might not have had the ability to resolve this issue. Furthermore, we had requested additional documents to further investigate her claim. However, the player didn't respond to our messages, leading us to reject the complaint due to lack of cooperation.

Deposited $50 neosurf into the casino on the 16/09/23 and supplied receipt, neosurf transaction statement showing the deposit was made to them and they still haven’t rectified the situation ! Was told by customer chat that my request was ‘missed by accounts’ and that’s why it’s taken so long but I still need to be patient which is absolute rubbish! How they manage to claim to only take a few days to do a withdrawal but takes them 11 days and it’s still hasn’t been credited to my account!!

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

Sorry that your siding with the casino which I find very convenient but the same thing happened at getslots casino and the had resolved my issue in like 4 hours I’ll attach the screen shots!!


and also one of the live chat staff members actually admitted that the accounts department had missed my case due to human error and that’s why it had taken over a weeks time for it to be resolved!


Not to worry anyway I feel like I’m not getting my money and this casino doesn’t give a shit so I’ll take my review and screen shot evidence to all gaming forums I possibly can cause I’m guessing this one is probably sponsored by n1bet cause there’s no way their score can be this high when they claim that the reason my issue has not been solved aside from the human error is due to large work load which means lots of people with similar issues to mine 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
