The casino looked into the matter further and it was discovered that the player had been able to register from a restricted country due to a technical lock not being implemented temporarily. Consequently, the casino paid the player their winnings and the matter was considered resolved.

This site refuse to pay me 3.16 mbtc. they have locked my account telling me that my country is not eligible. This after making more than 5 deposits. Also when creating account my country was eligible and I didn't lie about my details. after requesting a withdrawal N1bet.com locked me out of my account. They paid the withdrawal request but refused to pay the amount left on my account 3.16. They told me by email that "after checking there are not money left on your account". I have screenshots of my account prior being disabled.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked the general terms and conditions, and this is what I found (here):


"2.4 Users from the following countries and their territories ("the Restricted Countries") are not allowed to deposit and play real money games: Albania, Angola, Barbados, Belgium, Burkina Faso, Cayman Islands, Central African Republic, Czech Republic, Congo, Curacao, Côte d'Ivoire, Dutch West Indies, Eritrea, Ethiopia, France and its overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, St. Martin, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna, New Caledonia), Gibraltar, Greece, Haiti, Iraq, Islamic Republic of Iran, Israel, Jamaica, Jersey, North Korea, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Lithuania, Mali, Mauritius, Mayotte, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Panama, Portugal, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Serbia, Somalia, South Sudan, Spain, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Uganda, Yemen, Zimbabwe, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, the United States of America. The Casino cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds in the event that player breaches this Restricted Countries policy."


Since there is a possibility to register an account from a restricted country and deposit funds (please see the screenshot below), I would like you to confirm that you’ve submitted the correct data and haven’t used a VPN (Virtual Private Network) to alter your location, when opening the account.

Absolutely not used any VPN or something else. They can confirm it. Used my details and played from the same PC. I'm ok with disabling my account, but I want to be paid. N1bet has not responded in almost a week my emails. They told me that your account had no other money 🙂 but I have screenshots of my transactions.

We must point out that the whole sum of the deposits was returned, which is 0.00800000 BTC, afterwards the account was closed due to a player's country. In such cases, our casino reserves a right to close a player's account and refund a total amount of the funds deposited.

Yes the deposits were received. the winning which where 3.16 mbtc were not received. Dear N1, can you confirm that I have registered with my correct Name and country and your site allowed me to do that? I have played for almost a month and this problem occurred only when I send the documents for verification purpose. I think I deserve the winnings for the time and emotions spent on your site

Sadly, this situation occurred due to the fact that you were able to register by specifying Albania as the profile country due to the fact that the technical lock was not implemented for a certain time. We will refund the rest of the funds. Sorry for inconveniences.

Dear Adam,


They asked me for my cash address yesterday. Though the funds still has not hit my account, I think it's safe to assume that it will happen soon. I want to thank you Adam for your help and also N1 casino for being honest and understanding on this case. Most of the casinos would not do that. So I think N1 it's a safe place to bet although, unfortunately, due to their regulations I'm not able to do that.
