Instead of my usual amount of $25 I deposited $50 to get my second bonus and free spins. The site showed a message that something went wrong and took me back to the deposit page. After checking the funds were not in my account I re deposited the $50 and saw my account credit double. Thinking that this was my 100% cash bonus I played until I went to use my FS and they weren't there. I checked my emails and saw that my deposit had gone through twice and there was no cash bonus or FS. The chat team said I didn't use a code. I told them that there was a malfunction but they don't care and don't want to know about it. Their customer service is discusting and they don't care that it cost you more money than you wanted ro spend. They didn't credit any money to my account which should have been $100 to use 50 deposited from my bank and 50 cash bonus with 50 FS, since they kept 2 lots of my $50 deposits. There should have been an extra $50 cash and 50 free spins wfor each $50 deposited. I didn't get that either. They don't deliver on their promises of cash and Free spin bonuses that they advertise to get you to spend extra money

Dear Chezc311,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Could you please confirm that you have used a promotional code to activate the bonus? I have created an account as well and tried to redeem a bonus. This is how it looks when a wish to deposit any funds. It wants a bonus code to activate any promotional offer.

Additionally, please understand that if you realized only after your funds were played that you didn't receive any bonus, I'm afraid there's not much we can do. The casino can't go back and add a bonus to your deposit that has been lost already.

In other words, please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for not giving you a bonus automatically.

Thank you in advance for your reply and I hope s explanation was satisfactory.

Best regards,

Petronela

Hi Petronas

Yes i activated the bonus as I did the 1st time I used it. I also added a code "second" to get my bous. As I hit deposit it went to a screen like it was going through but then came up with a message that something went wrong. It automatically went back to the deposit page which was still filled in with my details. After checking my balance to see it had nit gone through I hit deposit again. This time it went through. When my account was credited with $100 I assumed this was the cash bonus and also assumed my FS would be in a different game to the one I was playing. Only after using the funds then looking for my FS did I realise that there was something wrong and I check my bank account to see that 2 x $50 had been taken within a 2 minute space of time. I had no cash bonus or no FS from my deposit.

I understand, Chezc311. It is a misfortunate situation. We would be able to help you if you haven't played your deposited money already, but unfortunately, it seems that it is too late and the entire guilt is on a technical issue related to your penultimate deposit. I wish we could be of more help. Please understand we can't penalize the casino for this situation. Is there anything else we could try to help you with, please? If not, I will close this thread as rejected and hope for your understanding.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to look into this. You would think as a gesture of good will, that the casino would be understanding, given that the bonuses are there to be used and offer a cash amount equal to what they would have given me anyway, if their system did not malfunction. I guess they don't care about the little people who aren't the high rollers. Were talking about $50 to keep a customer happy. They did draw out of my account twice in the space of 2 minutes because of this malfunction so even an offer to reimburse that $50 would have been acceptable. I have deleted the app and won't use it again. They were horrible to deal with in their comments to me, trying to declare its my problem because I used the funds. No understanding from them that I thought I was using the bonus cash they were supposed to have added on. And no responsibility taken for drawing out of my account twice because of the malfunction.

I would like to let others know that they are not compassionate toward problems on their site and don't deal with issues that arise in a professional manner. They hold the upper hand and they know it. I requested many time to have contact details for their 3rd party conflict resolution team which they would not supply. There are no ways on their site, to contact anyone but the chat people, who were the problem. In Australia, any financial based business is required to supply a 3rd party conflict resolution person just to register a business

Thank you for your time

Kind regards

Chezc
