I have been using my stake recently, I am fully verified and actually managed to win 300 and successfully withdraw.
I then recently won 877 and now they have blocked my account without reason, would be great if you could help me, thanks.

I opened the account a week ago, after closing one a year ago that is no longer accessible, I used all the same details except email. I’m thinking this could be the problem? I made sure I went through verification first before depositing any funds, which led me to believe I was ok using this account.
I have played only the live casino game show crazy time and black Jack live. And my winnings were accumulated with no bonus.
after being able to withdraw £300 this week I thought the casino was fine and all was good, but as soon as I withdrew my £877 winnings they had closed my account with zero explanation.

I got an email from them saying they still won’t tell me why, but my refund is still processing so hopefully this is the case, and everything is fine. I’ll let you know.
