I have open many accounts with different sites and mistakenly opened another with these crooks. I'd previously closed an account because of gambling problem.
Despite being of my problem they allowed me to open another account and make 4 deposits. I was lucky and attempted to withdraw a large amount of money, which they refused because I'd got another account. Only permitting withdrawal of first deposit, so have essentially stolen 3 deposits from my and confiscated winnings.
Their justification is quoting terms and conditions which are flawed. Their customer service is appalling and have no understanding about responsible gambling and player welfare.
They quote their Ts and Cs which state funds will be suspended. Suspension is temporary, they refuse to acknowledge this.

Generally a nice casino, a good variety of games, with high rtp in almost all providers support is mostly done by AI bot and when finally connects you with a human it takes some time but they help pretty much but you have to you wait. My first cash outs were done pretty fast, don't know what will happen if i win again in the future.
Vpn friendly too.
Negative: no responsible gaming tools i made a test and requested my account to close, it closed very fast though also reopen procedure was the same fast. no break - or cooldown period- no account closure option from menu or deposit limits.
To sum i suggest this casino ,only if you have gambling addiction might be not a good choice (last one i see complaints in big wins from players delay or reject and this is a point for us to think before we deposit) but my personal opinion till now is a fine casino

Got sent an email, didn't have no details are not just a deposit. The normal emails deposit locker promotion deposited. Got my brightness after I used my real funds, I came back out from my bonuses. It was all gone. They said, you have to activate it before you go in, they're full of s*** They're just taken it away from me.

Played here for two years, waited two years for RTP to kick in, when it finally did, this happened withdrawal rejected, every single time till I eventually lost it all… I’d hit max VIP. I was then contacted by George the apparent VIP manger, he got me on WhatsApp, sent him all the screen shots over and he said my withdraw issues were now sorted (abit late) 🤣 he offered me compensation of £50k, but surprisingly I’ve not received anything and now he ignoring the WhatsApp’s 🤣 never in my life have I been stopped from collecting winnings from any casino until this. I was playing all of 2023 in this casino and when I won an important sum of money for me, the same casino blocks my account with all the winnings and my own money in it. I recommend not putting a single peso in this casino. Another thing is that there is never transparent communication in this casino and if there is easy communication it will take you 5 months to respond.

THIEVING CHARLATANS
I have open many accounts with different sites and mistakenly opened another with these crooks. I'd previously closed an account because of gambling problem.
Despite being of my problem they allowed me to open another account and make 4 deposits. I was lucky and attempted to withdraw a large amount of money, which they refused because I'd got another account. Only permitting withdrawal of first deposit, so have essentially stolen 3 deposits from my and confiscated winnings.
Their justification is quoting terms and conditions which are flawed. Their customer service is appalling and have no understanding about responsible gambling and player welfare.
They quote their Ts and Cs which state funds will be suspended. Suspension is temporary, they refuse to acknowledge this.
AVOID THESE THIEVING CON ARTISTS.
