I was playing book of dead at this casino on low stakes in game I was spinning 0.40 and 0.30 and 0.20 but the actual transactions was taking 40 and 30 and 20 dollars which I didn't authorise and it wiped out my balance I've been on to the casino but all they tell me to do is wait I've been waiting paitently but still haven't heard anything I have screenshots of the errors aswell , can you help me get my funds back please

It's on same device I was playing lower stakes on book of dead play n go slot the slots was set to the smaller stakes but the actual transaction history of the casino was taking it like I played 30 40 and 20 dollar bets as you can see with the times and dates there the same but the amounts the actual casino was taken was not equal to the game was being played at , do you still need me to upload my entire history of the casino and how would I do that as it would be lots of screenshots from day one ? Thanks

The left screen shot is the casino transactions and the one on the right is the game history which clearly shows I was playing low stakes and not high stakes which the casino have taken from me

Isn't it the problem that numbers are displayed with an incorrect decimal?

If you could download and forward your entire game history (not in screenshots) that would be ideal. Thank you in advance.

The winnings did not get paid out at that as the in game play was only being played at cents but the actual transactions the casino was taking and showing up in dollars , I've closed my account with mystake casino now the casino is a scam in my eyes and they don't want to help so can't be bothered with any of this anymore , casino takes your money but doesn't want to investigate my problem so good riddance to this casino

Please understand that without your game history it would be very difficult to confront the casino. Moreover, if you already closed your account.
