The player from Finland had pending withdrawals totaling 2500€. The casino site was not working across multiple devices for the player, which prevented access to funds and any information on timing for transaction processing. After the site started working again, the player reported he canceled the rest of the withdrawals and gambled the money away. As a result, we couldn't assist further and closed the complaint as per the player's request.

Pending withdrawals 3 x 500€ plus 1000€ not yet withdrawn. Casino site is not working. Not opening the site at all. Tried on multiple devices so the whole site is down, not just me blocked. So now I have 2500€ stuck in non-working Casino and no information on when site will be opened or my money processed.

Update: yes, site came back up. I have 2 withdrawals accepted, 3 pending and only 1000/2800€ received. 2 times withdrawals cancelled without explanation. Only 500€ withdrawal can be done daily and when cancelled it takes another 72h to be processed. Verification is not a problem since site is not requesting any documents and they cannot be added either.

thanks for the update. Were you in contact with the casino regarding your canceled withdrawals? Do you require any further assistance regarding a delayed withdrawal or other issue, or may I close the complaint?

Delayed so much that I cancelled withdrawals and gambled the money. This case may be closed.
