The player from Germany has requested a withdrawal almost two months ago. Unfortunately, it has not been received yet. Casino didn't respond.
It is advertised with a payout within 2-3 working days. If you look closely or if you ask, you will find out that it can take up to 21 working days. I've been waiting for 46 working days and the payout is still "in progress". Nothing has happened since the day I withdrew it. In the live chat as well as by email I always get the same answers "we're sorry" .. "we do our best" .. "it will be processed SOON" ...
That's really annoying!
I have deposited € 1,500 to date and my withdrawal amount is € 3,500.
Even if this casino (as it seems so far) is the most complete rip-off, I want to fight for the money - and AT LEAST my deposited money back.

Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost two months is unusually long time.

The payout is still pending under the status "in process". Everything is fine with my account. According to their statement, it sometimes happens that it takes longer and / or the "course of the game" has to be checked - which can not take that long because I always played the same bet. I gave the casino another deadline by email and mentioned that I would otherwise take legal action to get my money. For me this is the biggest scam. Meanwhile I wait 57 working days! Who do they want to tell that ...
