Hi my experience with this casino mrsloty sounds like everyone else's, I won 1100 pounds and went to withdrawal this via bank transfer and it's been a week now with no change of getting my winnings they say that the withdrawal process is between 7-21 days , I've spoken to loads of different people in live chat and I've asked them at what status is my withdrawal at and they say it's being checked ,which is what they seem to say to everyone by reading the reviews on this site,has anyone had any luck with withdrawals from this casino before and if so what can I do to try and get my winnings from them ? Thanks 👍

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Nevertheless, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Additionally, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it. I can only hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.

I've asked mrsloty to cancel the withdrawal an credit back the account , I'd rather play the money down than wait forever to get paid out by these losers , all I can say is mrsloty casino is a fraud and a scam
