Hi I requested a withdrawal on the 4thmarch 2022 of £300 I still haven't received my withdrawal, they claim 7 to 21 days to process it, I contact live chat and all they say is be patient?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I can only imagine how frustrating it must have been for you to wait for a withdrawal for nearly three months.

Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed or it has been sent but never reached you? Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost three months is an unusually long time.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

It's been pending since the 4th March, I've spoken to live chat and all they say is be patient.

I have so far received no response from the casino, I will attempt to contact them once more. If there are any developments in the meantime, please let me know.


We would like to ask Mr Sloty Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, the complaint will become ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Your withdrawal has been canceled due to technical reasons since it timed out, please repeat it and we will tend to expedite it as much possible.

I requested a withdrawal on the 4th of march and you cancelled it 3 months later, how long before I receive my money if I request a new withdrawal?

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. Since the casino has no license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, I’m afraid there is nothing that can be done without cooperation from its side.


I will mark the complaint "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints may help to change the casino's approach.


I recommend you take a moment and read a review of each casino before you start playing in the future and only play in licensed casinos with a good rating.
